As easy as 1,2,3:
1: Simply open 1/2 gallon of milk of your choice (Cow, Goats, Almond, or Coconut without any preservatives)
2: Add one exclusive SoKii Start Pak and shake for a few seconds. Divide into the 2 x 1 quart glass milk bottles & cap bottles
3: Slide the Patent Pending SoKii Heat Cover over the glass milk bottles (will fit perfectly), plug it in, and leave it.
Your Sökii will be ready in roughly 8-12 hours or when you see the Whey separating. When finished, do not shake or mix – place in refrigerator to finish culturing and cool down for 2 hours. After 2 hours it’s okay to mix. Add flavoring of your choice or drink it plain. Enjoy.
