Exclusive Kefir culture replacement starter. One Pak treats 1 gallon of milk. Will work with Skim, 1%, 2%, and Whole. Works with Cow, Sheep, Goats milk. Can work with Almond and Coconut Milk if prepared properly (may need to add sugar to feed Kefir and it cannot contain preservatives or other additives). Results vary and thickness depends on sugars and protein already present. Culture time is roughly 8 hours when using the Patent Pending Sökii heat cover.
