Sökii is just better:
Sökii is more than traditional Kefir, more than yogurt, and much more than freeze-dried probiotics pills. Sökii is a bold cultured ferment that produces 5-10 times more fresh gut-friendly probiotics than its counterparts. Probiotics are essential for your gut health but just because they are probiotics doesn’t mean they will work in your gut. Sökii works because it’s matched to your gut – powerful probiotics specifically selected to optimize your gut health. It’s also an excellent source of protein, calcium, and vitamin D. Enjoy Sökii, a tart and tangy Kefir smoothie, fortified with trillions of active gut-specific probiotics. Head-to-toe organic goodness that’s fit to your body. Be Bold. Be Cultured. Get Sökii

Why chose Sökii?
Unlike most yogurts which only contain one or two strains of probiotic bacteria, Sökii contains a proprietary blend of 11 gut-specific probiotic strains, that, when cultured at body temperature, give you trillions of live healthy cultures to benefit you inside and out.
The starter pak is designed to work with the patent pending heat-sleeve and may or may not culture properly in more traditional Kefir making environments. This particular blend also works well with skim milk for amazing fat-free shakes. So you get the benefit of both Kefir and Yogurt by culturing at body temperature.
